Do you deliver your quality of product or service with systematic consistency? It’s a clichéd example, but everyone knows McDonalds may not have the best food in the world… however you know exactly what you are going to get every time, no matter where you are in the world. Your customers have to be confident that they can count on your consistency every time.

Do you have systems in place that guide your customers to easily purchase your products and services over and over and again? Customers will quickly get frustrated if their call isn’t answered quickly, they are cut off or placed on hold for ages. Or when ordering online, the navigation isn’t clear, the website is slow or online support isn’t readily available.
